The Lower Polk Community Benefit District is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit that works to improve the lives of ALL people in our Lower Polk community. We do this by keeping our neighborhood clean, by performing street outreach, by doing beautification projects, and by providing other much needed services.

We also sponsor the popular SF First Thursday Art Walk, and the Tender Bender Block Party.  We are honored to be working with the City to become the official sponsor of Sgt. John Macaulay Park. In addition, we work to keep people stably housed via the Lower Polk Tenant Landlord Clinic.

Our Board Meetings are on the third Thursday of every other month at 5PM:

All meetings are open to the public.

Time: 5:00 PM

Location: 1170 Sutter St., San Francisco & Zoom

If you require accommodations to attend any meeting, please call or text us at 415-775-1180. Our Board Meetings are hybrid meetings. They held in accordance with Section 54953 of the California Government Code.
